That pound I gained last week....

Weighed in yesterday and lost the 1 pound that I had gained last week.....lost it this week. Getting a little easier to stay within the point range. New treat I am addicted to......pita (whole wheat) brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with cinnamon mixed with granulated splenda.

New Week

Back on the track and hopefully I can shake some weight off. I walked for 40 mins today and will plan to work out with the weights tomorrow. Got to get the weight off for good. Looking forward to the magic number!

Gain ??????

I gained a pound this week. Don't understand....I ate within my points and worked out like mad....I just don't get it. Oh well, nothing I can do about it so I guess I will just have to climb back on the wagon and see if the pound will come off this week....sure hoping so and maybe more than the one pound would be extra nice.

So much for everyday

I started out with good intent on blogging each day and then I fizzled. It's been a little over a week :( WW is going well because the scales is moving in the right direction :) Just trying to get consistent on the exercise but the new job and responsiblities is really kicking my butt right now.

Well I have a new short term goal.....I am going to Florida to visit the white sands the first week of December. That gives me 3 and a half months to lose as much weight as I can. The board walk....the white sand....swimsuits. I am excitied!!!

First Week of Weight Watchers

Well...a little easier than I thought the first week. A real eye opener for me in regards to what I was eating. I actually felt hunger this week and I feel because I was focused on the points, I have been eating too much of the wrong foods for my lifestyle. I thought I was doing so well with YOAD for the past 8 months but I found I needed to concentrate more on the vegetables than the fruit and whole grain products. Where would I be today if I had combined weight watchers with YOAD? Well, it is a moot subject at this point of time.

day 3

Well, I stayed on program yesterday....felt really good. Same breakfast as yesterday and lunch was a Peanut Butter sandwich on 9 grain bread from Walmart....I love that stuff. Salad with balsalmic vinegar dressing. Sugar free lemon jello fluff. Yummy. I guess I need to do a chicken breast on the griddle and some vegetables. Maybe a cup of hot tea to drink. Make sure I walk before bed.

I am trying

I know I said I would try and post everyday......I had good intentions. I tried to stay on program yesterday but not have....but I tried.
Breakfast was Coco Wheat cereal with Skim Milk
Dinner was McCallister Deli - Fiesta Chicken Wrap with a side of steamed brocolli
Snack was Frozen Sugar Free Yogurt with Strawberries

Today is a new day and I feel I will be more on program.....
Breakfast was 3/4 Cup Bran Flakes with a handful of raisins and 1 cup of skim milk
1 bottle of Fuze Water (blueberry/razzberry) flavored
Coffee with creamer total of 7 pts so far today.

New Chapter

I am so tired of battling this excess baggage or 'more to love'. New plans....weight watchers combined with YOAD. I am signing up tomorrow to see how much I can get off the month of August. What have I to lose? Only weight and a little money each week. I am excitied about the combination because obviously, I am at a stall and can not stay on program. The 4th of July threw me off track and I haven't been able to maintain 100% for more than 3 days. Well, that is it for tonight and I will try to post each day through the end of the month.
