Excuses Excuses


Things just start going your way and then your thrown a curve ball. Last week was fantastic and this week sucked! Couldn't stay on program if my life depended on it. Food wise wasn't too bad but virtually no exercise with the exception of walking. Way too busy at work and life just got in the way. Maybe because my daughter is on vacation and I have no one to keep me going. Anyway.....I am posting a current picture so hopefully you can see the difference.

Due Diligence

Saturday I was rewarded with a total of 2.4 pounds gone... Yay!!!!! Wasn't that good food wise on Sunday though...hope it doesn't show at the scale this coming Saturday. Exercise has been good but tough to get in with all the end of the month work for me. Can't wait until Wednesday so I can settle into a normal routine and things should be easier for a couple of weeks.

On a roll!!!!


Drum roll please.....3 days on track and today is the fourth day!!!! I have been one hundred percent on track with an exception on the water yesterday. I didn't get in but 6 glasses of water. I am still waiting for my body to adjust to all the water.....LOL!!!!! I am floating away! I am down 2.2 pounds so far but this is the beginning of the week and my body has a tendancy to fluctuate big time ..... you know what I mean sugar free jelly bean?
