Nutrition Manager

Met with a nutrition manager today and I am starting a new phase in my life. I am going to consume 2564 calories a day until I start to lose weight then my calories will go down as my weight goes down. Apparently my body is in starvation mode and I am burning the lean muscle I am developing with my strength training exercises. I will eat 6 small meals a day and drink 6 glasses of water. My other water consumption will come from the fruits and vegetables I eat. Complex carbohydrates that are good for me will be at 60%, lean protein will be at 24% and fat will be 16%.
